Information we collect
We collect only what we need to run the business and deliver services:
- Contact and project inquiries. Name, company, email, phone, and the details you choose to share when you use our contact or support forms, or email us directly.
- Orders and accounts. Billing name, address, email, and purchase history when you buy products through our store. Payments are handled by our payment processors; EECONS does not store full payment card numbers.
- Software licensing. For licensed products, activation data such as your license key, the activating site URL, and product version, used to validate licenses and deliver updates.
- Email lists. Your email address if you opt in to a mailing list. Every list uses confirmation, and every message includes a way out.
- Technical logs. Standard server logs (IP address, browser user agent, requested pages) kept for security and troubleshooting.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver and support the products and services you request, process orders, validate licenses and deliver software updates, respond to inquiries, send messages you signed up for, and keep our systems secure.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. Your data is not our side hustle.

Retention
