Terms and Conditions

1. Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of eecons.com and your purchase and use of products and services from Electronic Enterprises, Inc., doing business as EECONS ("EECONS", "we", "us"). By using the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and services

EECONS provides software products and licenses, PTT911, custom software development, WordPress, Divi, and WooCommerce development, website hosting, email hosting, cloud services, and technical consulting. Specific engagements may be governed by a separate written agreement; where a signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls.

3. Store purchases

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Orders are processed through our online store, and payment is due at purchase. We may refuse or cancel orders where fraud or abuse is suspected.

4. Software licenses

Software products are licensed, not sold. Your rights are defined by the license terms for each product, including the license term length, the number of activations, and access to updates and support. License keys are for your use and may not be resold or shared. Refunds for digital products are handled under our Refunds and Returns Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use EECONS products, hosting, or email services to send spam, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or break the law. We may suspend services that put our infrastructure or other customers at risk.

6. Intellectual property

The site, our products, and our branding are the property of Electronic Enterprises, Inc. or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted in a license, no rights are transferred to you.

7. Third-party services

Our products and services may interoperate with third-party software and platforms (for example, WordPress, Divi, or WooCommerce). Those are governed by their own terms, and EECONS is not responsible for third-party products.

8. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, the site and our products and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any product will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EECONS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business, arising from your use of the site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid EECONS for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim arose.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify EECONS against claims arising from your misuse of the site, products, or services, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules, and any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date, and changes apply from the date they are posted.
